IMPORTANT: This app provides a structured rehabilitation framework but does NOT replace medical advice, in-person physiotherapy, or professional clearance.

2.1 Medical Clearance Required

This app is not a substitute for professional rehabilitation or in-person assessments. You must seek clearance from your surgeon or physiotherapist before beginning exercises and before progressing to higher-level activities.

2.2 No Guarantees

Recovery times vary for each individual. Meeting progression criteria within the app does not guarantee you are fully ready to return to sport. Your final clearance must come from a qualified healthcare professional.

2.3 Not Medical Advice

The content, exercises, and guidance provided in this app are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your medical condition.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using this app, you acknowledge that physical rehabilitation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Pain, swelling, setbacks, or complications
  • Increased risk of re-injury if progressing too quickly
  • Delayed recovery if exercises are performed incorrectly
  • Physical injury from improper exercise execution

If you experience pain, swelling, instability, or discomfort, stop immediately and seek medical advice.

4. Liability Waiver

By using this app, you:

  • Accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and progression decisions
  • Acknowledge that this app provides structure and guidance but does not replace in-person rehabilitation
  • Understand that we are not liable for any injuries, complications, or losses arising from use of this app
  • Agree that no guarantees are made regarding results or recovery timelines
  • Release the app developers, owners, and affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities

5. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
  • Use the app for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ACL REHAB TRACKER, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
